The Movement for Transformative Leadership, Equality, Accountability, and Development (MTLEAD) was born from the lived experiences of Zambia’s marginalized communities. We are a bold assertion of justice, a challenge to deep-rooted inequalities, and a movement fueled by the belief that ‘true change begins with the people, by the people’.
